- At 55 lbs/min, the PH-55 is the highest output low pressure proportioner available from PMC. The best in rugged design with dual 21kw (total) heaters, the PH-55 is perfectly suited for the most demanding commercial spray foam applications.

STANDARD FEATURES:

- The Auto Shut Down Counter stops the machine before the drum runs empty avoiding possible cavitation, downtime and spraying off-ratio material. The counter is adjustable to be set by the operator.

- Opposed piston pumping is the industry benchmark and includes durable and easily serviceable ball checks.

- The reversing system is initiated by proximity switches and controlled by solid state relays to virtually assure maintenance free operation and long service life.

- The open frame design format allows easy access to all components.

- Inlet monitoring system for material pressure and temperature.

- Point to Point wiring scheme makes troubleshooting a snap. All components are easily replaceable and readily available.

- The temperature sensing unit (TSU) operates in real time, sending a signal to the controller to maintain the chemical at the optimum temperature. The thermocouple that reads the temperature can be quickly replaced without removing the TSU block, a unique design feature that saves time and money
