Graco’s heated hoses are designed specifically for use with Reactor Equipment. Hoses are a key component to the total system, making it important to achieve accurate and uniform heating for the best application possible.

New multi-strand copper heating element has greatly increased hose quality:
Copper-heated hoses are designed specifically for use with Graco proportioners
- Provides 10-times* the flex life compared to previous flat copper heating element
- Long-term, even heating without hot spots
- Backwards compatible with existing Reactor heated hoses
Covered with proprietary butyl cover for protection against moisture sensitive isocyanate
Hoses are covered with foam insulation for heat retention
Different fitting sizes on the isocyanate and resin hoses prevent accidentally connecting the wrong hoses together
Hoses use custom designed splice kit to electrically connect hoses without having to run copper under the fittings
Helix-design whip hose uses braided copper wires for added flexibility and longer life
Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD)
- Graco’s latest advanced controls on Reactor 2 and Integrated Reactor utilize RTD technology. RTDs offer the highest accuracy and the best day-to-day repeatability of material temperatures in your hose. RTD technology allows the machine to automatically shut down if the sensor is damaged, which saves wasted time and materials.
- Can be used with the following machines: R2 E-30,R2 H-30,R2 H-40 & R2 H-50

Shipping
We deliver your parcel within 5–7 working days. As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a tracking number that you can use to find out where your package is.

Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days. Please contact us to begin your return. Your product should be unopened/unused. Please note that it can take 2 weeks for us to process your return. We will do our best to complete this process as soon as possible.

This warranty strictly does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or not in accordance with product instructions (dropping the product, etc.).
